$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install foomatic-db-compressed-ppds 

foomatic-db-compressed-ppds is installed in your system.

Make ensure the foomatic-db-compressed-ppds package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep foomatic-db-compressed-ppds *

You will get with foomatic-db-compressed-ppds package name, version, architecture and description in a table
